Shadow Work Masterclass Replay

In this session, Maricar introduces the foundations of shadow work and how it supports deeper spiritual growth and the integration of the light body. Metatron shares an overview of how to access the body’s intelligence through shadow work, while Seraphim guides a meditation to put this practice into action.
